Aid clients in participating in their scheduled virtual appointments. Transport clients to appointments and outings. Skills: Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Basic working knowledge of an EMR/EHR. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. CAS certification is preferred. Some working knowledge of clinical terms to facilitate clear communication within the team. Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred. Personal lived experience is preferred.
